Sixty percent of total LAUSD budget goes to sustaining pensions as reported by various publications, and while considering it is one of the largest employers of North America, and serving the biggest student body of the country with the number of the 600,000 students in the system, one can infer from the chart titled “Cheap-Labor Conservatives,” that the California State Teachers’ Retirement System does not serve the body it represents, and is used as a means of cheap labor of the described by extreme right wing globalnomics.
